Immerse yourself in a unique gastronomic experience with KIMSA and ROSSO, a special dinner inspired by my roots as a Peruvian chef. This menu is designed to highlight the diversity and richness of Peruvian cuisine, inspired by traditional flavors, while adding my personal touch to the presentation.

Join us for these exclusive dinners and discover how these elements come together to bring menus full of identity, creativity, and passion to life.

We will be offering two seatings:

  • A 4-course dinner at 6:00 PM - BOOK NOW

  • A 3-course dinner at 8:30 PM - BOOK NOW
